Matthias Ebach joined the BUCHEN Board of Management in December 2011.
The business studies graduate, who was most recently Managing Director of BUCHEN KraftwerkService GmbH and KIW Kessel- und Industriewartung GmbH – all subsidiary companies of BUCHEN, is responsible for the central technology/procurement division as well as parts of the German and international businesses.

Carsten Lange was appointed to the BUCHEN Board of Management in November 2016.
The process engineer is responsible for several central divisions as well as parts of the national and international BUCHEN businesses. Since December 2011 he is Managing Director of the sister company XERVON GmbH.
Jürgen Lennertz

Jürgen Lennertz joined the BUCHEN Board of Management in December 2011.
He was most recently an authorised signatory and West Regional Director at BUCHEN and is now responsible for the central sales division as well as parts of the German and international businesses.
