Waste incineration plants - Industrial cleaning
Buchen carries out cleaning work on all plant segments, for example
steam generators, air prewarmers (LUVO), dust extraction units, gas prewarmers
(GAVO), drains/pipelines, flue gas desulfurization plants (FGDP),
flue gas denitrification plants (DeNOx), apparatus/containers, condensers,
cooling water inlet systems, light and heavy oil tanks (HEL/HS).
A variety of processes are used:
- High pressure water blasting with HP appliances
- Blasting process with abrasive and non-abrasive blasting agents
and with dry ice pellets
- Etching process with chemical cleaning agents
- Vacuum extraction work with mobile air conveyor units
Remediation
Buchen UmweltService also offers its customers comprehensive services
in the field of remediation, for example:
- Drain/container remediation by removal of old surface layers
or rubber coatings and by new coatings
- Concrete surface remediation with very high pressure water jet up to 2,500
bar
- Asbestos remediation and fire damage remediation (PCB/ Dioxin)
- Pollution surveying and remediation
Waste management
Buchen prepares integrated concepts for environmentally sound recycling/removal
of wastes produced by cleaning and remediation work in power stations
and waste incineration plants. The range of services
includes:
- Secure collection and storage on site
- Classification and declaration according to ADR and the preparation of
disposal certificates and waste accompanying notes
- Transport, emission prevention, recycling and/or removal in the certified
plant alliance of the Buchen UmweltService Group
