High pressure pumps

Buchen uses a variety of mobile high pressure pumps for cleaning, cutting and remediation work. All units are environmentally soundly equipped with internal water recirculation, noise muffling and low emission diesel aggregates. Technical auxiliary equipment such as rotary transmissions for very high pressure technology, electrical shutdown units, tank washing heads, retention devices for HP hoses and freely accessible emergency off switches guarantee maximum safety.


High pressure cleaning up to 1,000 bar
Working pressures of up to 1,000 bar are used, for example, for the cleaning of tanks, containers, pipelines, heat exchangers (inside and out), columns, concrete surfaces, walls and spray cabins. The cleaning medium used here is water.

Very high pressure cleaning up to 2,500 bar
Very high pressure pumps are particularly well suited for the cleaning of pipes, containers and pipe nests with the hardest internal encrustation and for the remediation of concrete surfaces.

Cold cutting technique
Cold cutting is carried out by the addition of abrasives to water with a working pressure of 2,500 bar. Areas of use are, for example, explosive hazard zones, the cutting and dismantling of pipelines and tanks, the cutting of mounting openings, the cutting of reinforced concrete foundations.
