Integrated management system successfully recertified! (April 2007)

From 22nd January to 23rd February 2007, this year’s inspection of our integrated management system for the areas of quality, safety and environment as well as the 13 specialist waste disposal company sites was conducted by auditors from DNV Zertifizierung und Umweltgutachter GmbH. For the area of the safety management system in accordance with SCC** it is a question of the certification according to the new version 2006.

Over a period of five weeks documents were examined, employees questioned, and building sites and locations all over Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Hungary checked. The two new companies in Belgium (BIS N.V. and BIS S.A.) were inspected for the first time.

The indicated possibilities for improvement were included in plans for measures and implemented in the course of the year. In total the auditors’ report on us was very good.
