Quality, health & safety and environmental protection (QHSE) are, and will remain, important factors for us and for our customers.

We first defined our "Principles of Workplace Safety" back in 1986. Many of our customers viewed these as exemplary and very forward-looking.

Together with our employees, we then implemented these principles », which were subsequently developed further and refined. They are now completely reviewed every three years and updated as required.

Improvement is an ongoing process. Our integrated process-oriented management system which, since 1998, has combined the individual quality, health & safety and environmental management systems, forms the basis for this ongoing improvement.

The quality, health & safety and environmental management systems in all Buchen Group divisions throughout Europe are now adequately certified. In Germany all of our locations which provide waste disposal services to our customers also are officially recognised as specialist disposal businesses. We therefore offer all our customers a reliable QHSE partnership.

The slogan "We - at Buchen ...," refers to everyone who works for the entire group and its affiliates. The principles of our corporate policy represent a daily challenge which aims to fulfil our objective of ongoing improvement. They apply to each and every one of us and are mandatory.
