Each working party has at least one safety officer and a first-aider. Every employee is trained according to the occupational safety standard for refineries.

• Systematic assurance of general and job-specific instructions (SAP–monitored)*
• Subject to industrial medical examination according to G 1.4 / 2 / 8 / 20 / 25 / 26.3 / 30 / 32 / 40 / 41
• Training as wearer of respiratory protection equipment
• High-pressure training (theory and practical)
• SCC training and examination according to 3.2 and 3.3
• Trained fork-lift drivers (50 %), first-aiders (30 %) and
  safety officers (15 %)
