ARASORB – mobile exhaust air cleaning system
With ARASORB, its proven activated carbon filter system, the Buchen Group offers customers an economical exhaust air cleaning system satisfying all the requirements of modern industrial environmental protection. This compact cleaning system is used to separate organically loaded exhaust air streams containing hydrocarbons, fumes, oil vapour etc.. It is designed for use in surface treatment and soil decontamination, as well as in laboratories, workshops, chemical plants and transfer stations.
The system
The heart of an ARASORB collector is a type-tested 200 l replaceable drum, which is filled with activated carbon. But fillings with other adsorbents are also possible. The choice of adsorption agent depends on which pollutant is to be eliminated.
In order to simplify your company’s use of ARASORB collectors, we supply systems in different designs, e.g. static or mobile, roller-mounted, or with top-mounted fan. Depending on local conditions, the collectors can be operated individually or in groups with a ready-made tubular frame.
Full service offering
Pollutant-loaded ARASORB collectors do not leave any residues in the plant, as our service includes complete supply and disposal: that is to say, we take our customers' loaded drums back and supply new ones on call.
