Wherever metal surfaces are exposed to weathering, corrosion occurs. The Buchen Group provides protection against corrosion as its newest service that includes all work necessary to gently remove coatings and rust as well as subsequent recoating.

Corroded surfaces are e.g. blasted with the conventional sand blasting process. A more favourably priced alternative with less strain on the environment is stripping with up to 3000 bar maximum pressure.

For all small and large areas we use innovative technologies like “Spiderjet” and “Dockmate“. With the fully automatic equipment the surfaces can be freed from old coatings and rust by remote control.

Cleaning water and coating residues are collected and then separated. After complete stripping the new coating with all approved colour systems and various rubber lining systems is applied.
