The Buchen Group's emergency management specialists do not differentiate beteen small-scale and large-scale incidents or between immediate and follow-up measures. Their first concern is to protect our customers and the environment.
As soon as damage notification is received, the coordination manager contacts the originator and initiates the necessary measures. These are always carried out in close consultation with the customer, the authorities, experts and insurers.
Operating according to the "one-stop shop" principle, we gather information, evaluate it, take samples and analyse them, determine measures for eliminating the damage and/or contaminants and take the necessary protective action. Once the damage has been eliminated and the hazardous substances have been recovered, we devise a remediation concept, which could comprise:
- Remediation of contaminated sites
- Elimination of mercury damage
- Remediation of fire damage
- Remediation of concrete surfaces
- Dismantling of industrial plants
Each event is documented in detail.
Buchen's emergency management grants companies handling particularly hazardous substances or active in sensitive areas exceptional priority within outline agreements.
In these cases, on-site response times of half-an-hour from the time of notification can be achieved.
